(dev-v2.6-archive) Fix alerting-drivers Chart.yaml 
This is required due to the change released in v0.1.0 of the charts-build-scripts to switch the package used for YAML marshalling / unmarshalling.

Note: This does not need a packageVersion bump since it has already been bumped once for this release.

Rancher Alerting Drivers

This chart installs one or more Alertmanager Webhook Receiver Integrations (i.e. Drivers).

Those Drivers can be targeted by an existing deployment of Alertmanager to send alerts to notification mechanisms that are not natively supported.

Currently, this chart supports the following Drivers:

After installing rancher-alerting-drivers, please refer to the upstream documentation for each Driver for configuration options.
